Responsibilities
- Manage projects. Task breakdown with developers.
- Ensure that development times are met.
- Negotiation skills with clients. Know when a requirement is out of scope, and when it is worth pampering the client.
- Be practical. At DeepSea we make from Demos to mass production. It’s important to understand when is necessary to go fast and furious, and when to take it easy.
- Think about closing the project: A project can be as easy or as complicated as one wants. It is important to be practical. That is why it is 2 times on this list.
Required skills
- 2+ years leading technological projects (software and hardware).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Effective communication in English: The important thing is that the customer is always happy.
- Knowledge on Git, Gitflow.
