Basic Components to Design a Successful IoT Product

I help companies and startups to have a successful IoT product (hardware and software), by learning fast, iterating fast, and increase the chance of success. As a Maker, Entrepreneur , and electronic engineer I had envisioned, designed, built, and failed in getting an electronic product to the market before getting successful projects. All those experiences learned by others and in my own skin made me passionate about how to fast prototype a product, understanding the context of it, of it use, the user, the client, and the market target to know how to get a WIN, and if it is going to be a fail, not wait 2 years but 2 weeks to figure it out. But is not all about fast prototyping. In my company, we have gone through the process of mass production of thousands of different devices that are now in the market.
